    June 7th, Tokyo.

Failed to wake up for taking a noon class, so the plan changed to shopping in supermarket. After asking the manager of the guesthouse, staying in Minowa became the main purpose of the afternoon. Though it is pretty small, there are so many interesting things to be discovered. I found that many different kind of fish were put in the freezer, and the rice are damn expensive!

This is life. I am living in Tokyo as a resident, but not a traveller. I would like to experience the life and cultures of a place, rather than travel around and around by joining the tours. Its totally different. You have to read the directions of the trains, and find the places from the map even though mistakes would be made.

I took one jazz class and one house class today. The first one was fundamental, but still made me totally wet! And for the house style, there should be a long long time that I didn’t dance house. Hiro, the original tutor was absent, but Kousuke still taught me a lot.

At Night, I went to 歌舞伎町 in Shinjuku. Ramen (noodles), squid balls, fresh pinapple were all in my stomach now~~ Before coming back home, I went to a “old-school Japanese style BBQ pub”. Did you see? I was drunk!

    June 6th, Tokyo.

The day of Jazz, tired and walking..

I took two lessons, one at noon and one at night, both of them are Jazz but styles are still different. I felt depressed as my basic techniques are not good enough.. stretch, turns, balance.. Yes, I can still catch up all these in my age, but perhaps need to pay 200% or even 300% more than others.. should I carry on? should I keep saying no regrets even though I am still in such low level..?

I went to 明治神宮 Meijijingu today. After walking 20min to the temple, and spent couple of time in staying there, I found that it is in the centre of the park, which means I have to spend another 20min for leaving there.. what da.. Okay, fine. 20min past, and I finally found the way out. Then, I got lost in the way to Shinjuku.. WHAT DA!!!!!

Um.. um.. its not that embarrassing to tell I missed the last train to home. Nothing special, just took a wrong train in a wrong line, therefore, I was late to catch the last train. What? of course I didn’t take a taxi. I took JR to Ueno and walked to Minowa, the distance was approximated as 5km.. Don’t tell me that I was stupid. No one can say that besides me.

Picture time! It was taken at 明治神宮.

    June 5th, Tokyo.

    Rainy day!!!

As I didn’t sleep at the night before I came, today I woke at about 1:30pm.. what a lazy cat! Today I went to Shibuya, and started to dance in S.I. art wave plant. Masao is really awesome, but I am not.. suck.. hope I can improve more after a couple of lessons.

Though there are so many boutiques in Shibuya, I bought nothing today. Just went to taste sushi and SWEDEN ice-cream. You know, I am not addicted in shopping. Btw, it’s not that cheap.

    June 4th, Tokyo.

This is the first day I stay in Tokyo, not only in this trip, but also in my life.

I live in a place call Minowa. The guesetroom is so small, but nothing is going to stop me from saving money for the whole trip!!! I didn’t go to dance studios today. Just hang out to take a look of the places nearby and tasted the delicious curry pork chop rice!

There are quite a lot of Chinese here. I met one man who cook ramen and met another two who work in 7-11 shop. They all treat me so good, especially the cook gave me two boiled eggs free for charge!

Tomorrow I will explore more and start to dance. Leave me message to support me huh. ^^
